The L’OCCITANE Group is a global manufacturer and retailer of premium beauty and wellbeing products, with more than 3,400 retail outlets in 90 countries.

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck in early 2020, L’OCCITANE repurposed some of its facilities to produce hand sanitiser for healthcare workers – and this meant a sudden flurry of communications too. The team at HQ needed speedy assistance on tap to translate, copyedit and proofread their press releases and corporate statements aimed at customers, staff and other key stakeholders.
